An example of a useful change

A published sale record was corrected

A recorded sale price changed from £310,000 to £315,000. Compare the published versions and check the original record before using it.

Your baseline stays in the timeline

First-time findings are recorded separately from subsequent changes.

All names, findings and counts in this preview are fictional. The current pilot checks published sales monthly in supported areas. Planning and EPC monitoring are not included.

Your brand. Stronger evidence.

Spend less time repeating the same research. Keep a dated evidence record, prepare a pack for a real instruction and make it easier for clients to ask informed questions.

From instruction to handover

Make property knowledge part of your service.

One organised property portfolio

Group properties by client and purpose. Keep research, current listings and archived records together, with clear access for your team.

Evidence your clients can use

Prepare a Full Dossier, review coverage gaps and add clearly attributed agent facts. One snapshot becomes your starting point for every conversation.

A pack you can put to work

Approve the public information, publish a property pack and share the link. Export a PDF or add the approved pack to your agency website.

A reason to stay in touch

Supported property changes create a follow-up, not a silent rewrite of your listing. Give each task an owner and record the outcome.

Clients see their own records

Invite clients to the properties assigned to them. Private notes and other clients’ portfolios stay inside your workspace.

Know what your plan covers

See watches, published packs, staff seats and report credits separately. A download or another view never uses a new report credit.

Straightforward from the start

A branch-sized plan.
Room to prove its value.

Start with a no-card trial: ten watch slots and two Full report credits. Paid service requires an explicit checkout when the workspace and its sources are ready.

Agency Branch is the first plan. Larger networks, extra capacity and annual billing follow real usage and service validation.

  • 10 Full report credits each month

Monthly credits do not roll over. A new Full snapshot uses one credit; viewing, downloading and formatting it do not. Monitoring and publication depend on supported coverage and approval.

Before you begin

A few useful answers.

Can we use a pack on our agency website?

Approve the public subset first, then share the pack or use its website embed. Private notes and client information are excluded. Portal uploads use a separate document edition and need acceptance through your actual agent account.

Does a watch automatically update a listing?

No. A supported change flags the pack for review. Your team approves a new public version so an advertised statement never changes silently.

What happens when a report cannot be delivered?

A report credit is reserved before generation and settled only on usable delivery. Failed work restores the reservation; retries of the same job do not create another charge.

Is this a replacement for our CRM?

It is a property research and communication workspace. Rent accounting, tenant referencing, compliance certification and broad CRM integrations are outside this first release.
