HouseDossier uses a small set of cookies that are essential to running the site. We do not run advertising cookies and we do not sell tracking data.

Analytics
With your permission, we record pseudonymous visits, search outcomes, checkout steps and report interactions on our own systems. A random session identifier lets us understand the journey to a purchase. We record the first measured landing page, referring website hostname and non-personal campaign tags. We exclude searched addresses, emails, complete referrer URLs, URL query strings and report access tokens from analytics.
Optional analytics is off until you choose “Allow analytics”. You can decline or withdraw using “Privacy choices” at the bottom of the page. Your report, payment and account still work. Declining stops future analytics capture and clears the analytics session from this browser; it does not reverse information already collected.
The hd_analytics preference cookie remembers your choice for up to six months. After permission, hd_analytics_v2 session storage groups activity in this tab and resets after 30 minutes without measured activity. Closing the tab ends that stored session. We use no advertising pixel or cross-site tracking.
Payment and refund records, report delivery status and security logs are necessary to operate the service and are recorded separately from optional browsing analytics. Agreeing to immediate report supply at checkout is a separate choice from analytics permission.
How to control cookies
All modern browsers let you block or delete cookies. Doing so may break the sign-in flow, since the session cookie is required to authenticate.
